You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to verify that your system, hardware, software, and operating environment are compatible with the product prior to purchase. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with any specific system configuration.
Issues arising from incompatibility, user error, misconfiguration, or failure to meet system requirements do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or support obligations.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, software, services, and any associated accounts, without notice.
We further reserve the right to contest any chargeback using transaction records, IP logs, access logs, and acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time if you violate this Agreement, misuse the Platform, engage in unauthorized activity, or act in a manner deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
All software, services, and content provided through the Platform are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, software, or services, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, or financial loss.
Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
By using the Platform and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including your responsibility to verify system compatibility prior to purchase and the final, non-refundable nature of all transactions.
