Refund Policy

Please review this Refund Policy carefully before completing a purchase. By selecting a payment method and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our Platform are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in writing by us prior to purchase.

This applies to all payment methods, including but not limited to:

  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Cash App
  • PayPal (Friends & Family)
  • Venmo (Friends & Family)
  • Bitcoin, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies

Credit / Debit Card Payments

Card payments include processing and risk-related fees and are therefore non-refundable once processed. By completing a card payment, you authorize the transaction and acknowledge that the purchase is final.

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a card payment after delivery constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.


Peer-to-Peer Payments (Cash App, PayPal F&F, Venmo F&F)

Payments sent via Cash App, PayPal Friends & Family, or Venmo Friends & Family are treated as voluntary, authorized transfers. These payment methods are intended for trusted transactions and do not include buyer protection.

By using these methods, you acknowledge that:

  • The payment is intentional and authorized
  • The transaction is final upon completion
  • Refunds are not possible once payment is sent

No refunds will be issued for claims of mistake, misunderstanding, or change of mind.


Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments (including Bitcoin and Litecoin) are strictly non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, once payment is received, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or recovered.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address. Errors in wallet address, network selection, or transaction details are the sole responsibility of the sender.


Digital Delivery and Access

All products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment. Once access, download links, license keys, or credentials are provided, the transaction is considered fully completed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • System incompatibility
  • Unsupported hardware or software
  • User error or failure to follow instructions
  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction covered by this policy is considered abuse of the payment system.

In the event of a dispute:

  • Access to the product and Platform may be immediately revoked
  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim using logs, delivery records, IP data, and policy acceptance
  • Any associated accounts may be permanently terminated without compensation

Delivery is considered complete once access credentials, download links, license keys, or product access are provided or made available. Evidence of delivery may include access logs, timestamps, IP records, screenshots, or transaction confirmations.


In cases of confirmed fraud, we cooperate with payment processors and relevant authorities. Fraudulent claims submitted falsely may result in permanent account termination and denial of future service.

By selecting a payment method and completing checkout, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature of the payment method used
  • You acknowledge that all sales are final
  • You waive any right to refunds or reversals
  • You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
